Heart-forward and culturally-attuned therapy for exploration of your inner world and relationship.
With focus on BIPOC, Asian Americans/AAPI, and first/second generation immigrant teens, adults, and relationships in California.
You deserve more than just getting by—you deserve to truly thrive. I’m so glad you’re here.
You may be working hard to build a life that looks good on the outside, but inside, it feels different—overwhelming, heavy, and disconnected. In your relationships and in the world, you might feel unseen, othered, or like you don’t quite belong. You crave to be fully seen, accepted, and to have a deeper, more loving relationship with yourself and those around you. I get it.
I show up as a human first, therapist second. Clients who connect with my approach appreciate the trust and long-term relationship we build, the safe and casual space we create, and the flexibility to explore both practically and deeply. I encourage self-discovery, autonomy, and curiosity, helping you find your own path.
If you're ready for change, I’m here when you are.
The heart behind my work
My path to becoming a therapist grew from my own healing journey and deep love for human connection. I hold a master’s from The Wright Institute and have spent the past seven years helping folks navigate identity, relationships, and belonging—always with the understanding that anxiety and depression often stem from deep, unseen wounds. I support people in gently exploring and healing those parts of themselves. As a Chinese American originally from Hong Kong, I bring both personal experience and professional insight to my work. Having been profoundly impacted by my own therapists, I pour my whole heart into creating a space where others feel seen, understood, and supported.
